I feel like every summer is pretty jam packed,
but this summer.....holy smokes!
We have hardly been home and hardly had 2 seconds to just sit and chill at home.
Garrett and Ty have been busy working odd jobs here and there for Dad at Morgan Pavement,
which has been so nice for them to be together, and for them both to make some money.
We are having them put $ aside for their missions, they pay their tithing and put some in savings,
then what little they have left....they have for extra spending cash!
Garrett is quickly realizing how fast that goes between gas, dating and hanging out with friends!
All good lessons to learn!
They have both been busy with High School Football every day too!
Ty decided to play up in High School this year, rather than play Bantam in WFFL.
He has been loving it, and it will be nice to have Garrett and Ty there together!
They had their Football Camp June 20-24, ending the week at Weber State in scrimmages
against other High School's in the State.
Fun to watch them both playing out there........I love watching them play football!
Garrett was with Varsity on the Main Football field, so I mostly have video of him,
since I was too far for pics! (#27)
Ty played on Weber State's practice fields.....#13.
We held Father's Day for Gpa Randle the day after Father's Day and we all met at
Liberty Park for dinner and hanging out!
- June 20, 2016 -
It was a fun night.....the cousins always love getting together!
Grandpa Randle is one definitely worth celebrating......one of the very best there is!
- June 24-25, 2016 -
We look forward to our Syracuse Heritage Days every Year!
We took Sis and Austy during the week over to the Heritage Carnival.....
they always love going there!

The night of the 24th, we went to the Riverdale Drive-In to see Finding Dory.
Garrett and Valerie had been working on a date to go to the Drive-In with us,
and we finally found a night we could all go.
We invited Hamblin's and Mitchell's to go with us.....
Mitchell's were busy working on their yard, so only Caden came!
We had a fun time, eating pizza and treats and watching the show!

We laid our blankets out the night before for the parade!
We look forward to this every year!
We are right at the front of the parade route and we get blasted with tons of stuff!
Garrett didn't want to be on the football float.....so he stayed with us!
Bridger Hamblin, Mikey Metcalfe, Ty and Dallin Fleming
Remember how Garrett didn't want to be on the float......
until the entire float bombed us with taffy and yelled at him to get on there with them!
I was glad they got him on there!!
My cousin Stacey held a Birthday Party for Aunt Fran in SLC.

Trav, Julia and Austy and I ran down there to be with everyone for a little bit.
My Dad and his siblings haven't been together in a long time.
I took some pictures of them to have......sure wish Aunt Mare was still with us still!

It was fun being with everyone!
Garrett hung out with his friends and then went to the Heritage Day Fireworks.
Ty had a big swim party over at Sawyer Heaps, then went to the fireworks.
While we were with Grandpa Randle and his siblings......I received this text....
We knew then, it was time for us to hurry home and save these guys from
any more humiliation! Ha ha ha!! Holy Cow....these boys! So funny!
We drove them over to the Fireworks, and they all took off on us to be with friends.
We found Hamblin's and Mitchell's and watched the fireworks with them!
Sis, Dad and Austy slept out on the tramp.....after hosing down with bug spray!
Then next few days were spent at the Big Mountain Jam Basketball Tournament in SLC.
Garrett's team didn't play in that this year, but Ty's did and won it for their 4th time!!!
The team had an extra trophy.....so they gave it to Aust! He LOVED that!
He genuinely thought he won!!!
Aust went to bed that night with his trophy hanging over his head!
Love this pic!
This was the first time in 3 years that we weren't in California playing in a BBall tournament.
I was so excited to finally be back to our tradition with my family for the 4th!
Because the 4th was on a Monday this year, and knowing it would be really late
for all of the little kids in our family after the Davis High Fireworks,
we decided to do our own little fireworks with Grandpa Randle on Sunday the 3rd.
There were restrictions in Grandpa's neighborhood, so we did them at our house!
We had our traditional watermelon and popcicles to eat
while we watched the fireworks!
The boys were also involved in the West Point Day's Parade for the 4th.
We have never been to that one......but we went to support them.
Austin Kirkman, Brock Gilbert, Blake Vanderstappen, Jake Godfrey, Garrett
Garrett, Ty and Ty's Crush.....Kaysha Herfel
Sis and Austy played a little on the slip-n-slide too!
We met up at a Park in Kaysville to eat dinner with Grandpa and
Uncle Spencer and Aunt Steph and their family.
We played at the park, and the guys shot some hoops before we went over to
Davis High for the Fireworks.
It was such a fun day celebrating our Beautiful Country!
It felt SO good to be home for it this year!
