We found ourselves at Bear Lake the very next weekend for Raspberry Days. We had only been there for Raspberry Days one time before, just shortly after Trav and I were married.
We took Joe, Carli and their girls up with us so they could see the cabin and have fun with us. Carli had to work the next day, so they had a short trip, but we had fun going in to Garden City and walking around to all of the booths, eating shakes, walking the streets,
playing at the beach and four wheeling.
Garrett was at High Adventure in the Wind Rivers and Ty was at Scout Camp at Camp Bartlett.....
we missed not having them with us.
Sis talked Dad in to a fancy necklace at one of the booths, and in turn....
he got his favorite bag of popcorn!
Shay lived with Aunt Heidi throughout the summer helping her clean cabins and condos and working at the shake shop! She made killer shakes for us!
We love going to the cabin and making memories!
Teag had an awesome 4th Birthday party!
They made a gigantic slip 'n slide and the kids had so much fun they didn't want to go home.
Julia and Aust both had to talk themselves in to going down,
but once they did, they didn't stop!
This was our second year with Lagoon passes.
We spent lots of time there.....mostly Family Home Evening nights!
Garrett and Ty like to leave us in Kiddy land and go off on their own to ride the "real" rides.
Austy Loves "Goon!" He walks through the gates with his fist in the air to be stamped,
ready to go!
We even met Nate and Ally there for one FHE and the kids loved being together!
We ate plenty of Snow Cones from the "No Cone Shack" as Austy would say!
We had a busy, yet fun summer.
Loved having the kids home (For the most part, Ha ha!), for a long summer.
Being on the track system for most of the years, we haven't had many long
summers to spend time together, so it was fun being able to do lots together this summer.
It's always over way too fast!
