Jr. Jazz = Reprimand

So, tonight my poor husband came home looking like he'd just been to the principal's office! Turns out, Garrett's team was causing an uproar......(and that was just after the first quarter), with the parents of the other team. Trav coaches this team in a Competitive league, and in our city's Jr. Jazz League. Well, apparently the parents didn't like the fact that our kids were beating theirs by insane amounts, and immediately went to the score board table and demanded to talk to someone in the city! Oh, Boy! The lady in the city had to come talk to Trav and tell him to make our team take extra time making a basket, instead of making them so quick! I thought this was hilarious, but Trav felt like he had done something wrong and was in trouble! We knew after the first game of the season, that we shouldn't be playing Jr. Jazz, but what do ya do....we all paid our $40's and by darn....we're going to get our money's worth! I guess the "Bigmacks" won't be playing Jr. Jazz again....only 4 games left till we retire! I'm wondering if we're making history....the first 3rd grade team in trouble with the Jr. Jazz/City Rec. for being "TOO GOOD!!!" Way to go guys.....Sorry you got in trouble Trav! Kinda funny....the parents cared more than the kids.....sad we stoop to these levels over 9 year olds and little league hoops! Maybe I'd feel the same way if the tables were reversed....but what do you do....tell the kids to do a horrible job? Go Bigmacks! Come to think of it...didn't a coach just get fired for running up the score? Look out my Love!

Nice on Travis! Didn't you teach your team a little sportmanship! Very funny!
